1.1 What currency will I be charged in?
You will be charged in Canadian Dollars. Taxes are applicable to every purchase.
1.2 What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept E-Transfer (EMT), PayPal (If you live outside of Canada), Visa, Master Card, and The Huntress Collective Gift Cards.
1.3 How can I cancel an order?
All orders that have not been shipped may be cancelled. Please contact us via email at [email protected] with subject line 'Name - Cancel Order Number: ____'. We typically ship within 1-3 days of an order being purchased so please keep that in mind when you are inquiring about a cancellation.
1.4 How does The Huntress Collective determine the pricing of an item?
Great question! We price our pieces competitively. All prices are determined by researching comparable items, and considering factors such as: the original retail value, the overall condition of the item, the original year of distribution, and the rarity of the item.
1.5 What is The Huntress Collective commission split for consignors?
All items will be subject to a 50% commission split – where the consigner receives 50% of the net sales price. Prices are subject to change within the consignment period (e.g., an item goes on sale). 1.6 How do you rate the condition of each item?
The Huntress Collective collection is hand-selected to include pieces that are well-crafted in construction, demonstrate textile longevity, and show minimal signs of wear. While many of our pieces are pre-owned, we strive to collect items that are in excellent condition. If pieces do not include the size or fabric tag, we make an educated guess to the best of our ability, and that information is noted in the description. Mint
Perfect or pristine with no signs of wear. With or without original retail tags.
Excellent
The item is in excellent pre-owned condition with faint visibility of use. No noticeable flaws have been found.
Very Good
The item is in great pre-owned condition, but has slight signs of natural wear which are noted in the condition description of the item. Flaws are most likely repairable, and still wearable with care.
Vintage
This indicates that the item is a collectible circa twenty years or prior. Natural distressing, if any, is characteristic to the beauty of use and age. It is still in good condition for an item from a bygone era. Any specific flaws will be noted in the condition description of the item.
